    Hi Phil. I am subscribed to your youtube channel and had asked for advice on dieting for older adults. Im 48 , medium built female. I want to lose a lot of weight. Over 100 or more. I am not diabetic or have any health problems. I had a knee replacement in left knee and acl replaced in right. SO i cant do anything strenuous on the legs. and no gym access. I just need some kind of structure to follow. just a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options. I work part time so i do have to pack a lunch. I dont want to eat sandwiches all the time. i do have access to a microwave and toaster oven. Im thinking weight watcher meals might be good to take. I like my sweets to. so any good healthy snacks would be nice. HOpe you can give me some advice and look forward to more videos and articles.
