Fit Foods Of The Week (Everybody Hates On It!)
CABBAGE. The reason why cabbage is the fit food of the week is because of its nutritional value. Now I know that its got a pretty gross reputation because mostly when people cook it, they tend to overcook it, which in turn makes the crispy green leaves soggy and leave odor, but it’s packed with things we need. Vitamin C and fiber are two of the main power pluses contained in cabbage. The other big plus is contained in different varieties of cabbage such as savoy and bok choy which contains beta carotene – an antioxidant that fights cancers and heart diseases.
Here’s a nice recipe you can try: With 1 pound of ground beef, 1 egg, 1 cup breadcrumbs and a couple of spices. Wrap it all in a handful in a cabbage leaf. Heat it in the oven for 375 degrees for an hour for a tasty dinner
Okay so maybe, it’s almost impossible to put time on ‘halt’ but with certain strategies and diet add-ons you can definitely stay stronger and more energized…and look younger!
Now I know I’m only 25 but I do practice what I preach and believe me, I can feel and see a bit of difference already when I started doing these to my diet only about 4 weeks ago.
So I ask you who wants to have a better grip at battling the harmful elements life has to throw your way.
I have talked to many doctors and other nutritionists to back my claims up before publishing this article and with their green light, I decided to spread the joy and give you all some of my knowledge about this topic.
So Christmas has just passed and the BIG 2013 is approaching! We all know as the big ball is about to drop, a steady flow of alcohol will be consumed by many people. I am not a big drinker. Focusing on health and personal fitness has opened my eyes to the various effects that alcohol has on the body. Here are a couple of tips for everyone to think about before this big event begins.

As they say, 3rd time is the charm and Philip has definitely charmed once again the French publication M-Mensuel, landing his third cover on the publication. This time, Los Angeles-based fashion and fitness photographer, Scott Hoover, graces the magazine as it lands on stores next week just a day after Christmas!
This is also notably Philip’s 5th cover the year after DailyJocks, Odyssey Magazine, his first book cover and his official 2013 calendar.
Photographer Scott Grimando took an awesome image of Philip earlier this summer to be featured in the next printing of the book of author Mike Moscoe, the First Casualty. The sci-fi novel has received rave reviews from critics and readers alike. The new edition with Philip Fusco on the cover is now available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble and major bookstores nationwide!
That’s right folks, last Sunday, November 2, 2012 Philip Fusco was in Los Angeles’s West Hollywood district to kick-off the election night festivities of events company, Sassy, Inc. at Eleven Night Club! It was a fun-filled night featuring the city’s best Gogo Dancer, Vladimir Shmygol and Project Runway’s Alicia Hardesty. The 4pm-9pm event was filled with dancing, cool spins and awesome hosting by Samantha Starr and Mia Fierce. Geovanny of Geovanny Underwear was also at the event to promote his line and Crunch Fitness at Sunset Blvd. made their presence known at the awesome night.
