After you found a gym that’s suitable at your workout, please, please, please do not be one of the five people we’re talking about here, the last two of which is in this video. I’ve been going to the gym for years and though some of the people there inspire me with their hard work, some simply annoy me and I’m sure a lot of other people…big time!

Hey everyone! Sharing with you here some of the skincare products (plus toothpaste and eyecare stuff!) that has worked well for me over the years. One thing I’ve learned is it doesn’t always have to expensive for it to work well, these products have done me good and they’re available at your local convenience store.

It annoys me big time when people forget the basics of gym etiquette. Instead of talking about what gym etiquette is and putting a to do and not-to-do things at the gym, let me share with you the first three out of five people who annoy the hell out of everyone at the gym. BY NOT doing what they do, I’ve already made you aware key gym etiquette principles.

Finally, it’s here. Consider this the official kick-off of my website, PhilCity. This was from my shoot last March 14 with John Falocco where we had an awesome time shooting for his catalog and some of his new underwear line.
